Where to eat when arriving by boat: beach clubs and restaurants in Mallorca
Part of what makes a charter day in Mallorca special isn't just the sea, but pairing it with a good meal along the coast, arriving by tender directly from your anchored boat. Here's our selection, organised by area, with what we know about each venue's access by sea — some have their own jetty and pickup service, at others you anchor nearby and reach shore with the boat's own tender.
Palma Bay and Calvià: the easiest to combine with a half-day charter
Puro Beach (Cala Estancia, Palma) has its own jetty: you can moor in Port de Palma and take a short tender ride, or anchor right off the club for an even shorter crossing. A design-led chill-out atmosphere with produce-driven Mediterranean cooking.
Siso Beach (Palmanova) is one of the few that confirm an active service for guests arriving by boat: on request, they send their own tender to pick you up, and they also serve dishes straight to your boat. Market-driven cooking with international touches — tuna tartare, lobster paella — in a chic but relaxed setting, equally good for lunch or a sunset dinner.
Nikki Beach (Calvià) lets you anchor right off its beach or, if you're moored further away, request their own pickup for yacht guests — it's part of the service the brand itself offers. A more international, lively atmosphere with live music than the two above.
Port d'Andratx and Sant Elm: the southwest coast with the most character
Gran Folies Beach Club, in Cala Llamp (Port d'Andratx), sits on a rocky slope above the sea with accomplished Mediterranean and international cooking — a good pick for a long lunch. The cove itself is a common anchoring spot in the area, though it's worth confirming the exact logistics when booking.
Es Raor, in Sant Elm, is an old fisherman's house with over three centuries of history, facing the Dragonera island. Produce-driven Mallorcan cooking in a setting that feels far more authentic than a postcard beach club — a good choice if you want somewhere with real history behind it.
Serra de Tramuntana: the full-day gastronomic route
Sa Foradada, near Deià, has its own jetty — you disembark directly and climb up to the restaurant via rustic steps cut into the cliff. Its speciality is wood-fired rice and paella, with views of the rock formation that gives the place its name. Of everything on this list, it's the most direct and confirmed access by boat.
Ca's Patró March, in Cala Deià, is a fresh-fish institution perched on the rocks of a tiny cove that's really only reachable by sea (or a long walk from the village). Book well ahead — it's one of the most in-demand restaurants on the north coast.
This route takes more sailing time from Palma or Port Adriano than the ones above, so we recommend it for a full-day charter, or when setting off from Port de Sóller.
More casual beachside spots
In ports such as Porto Cristo or Port Adriano you'll find simpler, family-friendly options, perfect for a straightforward fish or paella lunch without the production of a beach club, with easy access from the water and less need to book outside of August.

Do I need to book the restaurant in advance?+
In high season (July-August), almost always — and for Cas Patró March or Sa Foradada, well ahead even outside August given how popular they are. Our concierge team can take care of the booking for you.
How do you get from the anchored boat to the shore?+
Always by tender: some venues such as Puro Beach, Siso Beach or Nikki Beach have their own jetty or pickup service, and everywhere else we make the crossing with the boat's own tender. The skipper handles the whole manoeuvre.
Can you arrange catering on board instead of going to a restaurant?+
Yes — it's one of our most requested options: Mediterranean cuisine served directly on the boat, with no need to stop ashore.
